Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your WLYN piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

  • Return unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
  • Personalised/engraved pieces are made to order and can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

To start a return, email hello@wlyn.co.za with your order number and reason. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
